Sometimes it’s not all about your eating habits, exercise habits (or lack of) or testing regimen. Sometimes it’s about how and what we’re thinking that creates the stress and displeasure of living with diabetes. It’s time to say goodbye to self-doubt, frustration, and any other disempowering reason you’re not living your best life.
